Description: Per the requirements of the lease agreement for the real property located at 5 "B" Street, Ashland, Oregon, namely, a parking lot, which
the City of Ashland is leasing from Michael H. Young and Jacquelyn J. Young, Trustees of The Michael H. & Jacquelyn J. Young Revocable Trust;
and John C. Schwendener and Patty G. Schwendener, husband and wife, Lessors. City's intended use of these premises is to facilitate the Ashland
Creek Riparian Bank Restoration Project. Lessors are named as additional insureds and loss payees, as applicable.
Certificate Holder: CANCELLATION Should any of the coverage documents herein be cancelled before the expiration date
thereof, CIS will provide 30 days written notice to the certificate holder named herein, but failure to mail
Michael H. Young and Jacquelyn J Young, Trustees of such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon CIS, its agents or representatives, or
The Michael H. & Jacquelyn J. Young Revocable Trust; the issuer of this certificate
and John C. Schwendener and Patty G. Schwendener,
