Description: Per the Brammo Vehicle Loan Agreement dated June 5, 2012, between Brammo, Inc., and the City of Ashland, the City of Ashland
borrowed a Brammo Enertia 2010 motorcycle, which was to be for a period of six months. This motorcycle was exchanged for a 2011 Enertia Plus
motorcycle in August 2012. The City of Ashland's liability insurance coverage was updated to reflect this change. Brammo, Inc., continues to be
named as an additional insured as per the terms of the original contract and per any mutually agreed extensions. Additionally, as per the contract,
Brammo, Inc., is accepting responsibility for the physical damage to the motorcycle, except in cases of clear abuse.
Certificate Holder: CANCELLATION: Should any of the coverage documents herein be cancelled before the expiration date
thereof, CIS will provide 30 days written notice to the certificate holder named herein, but failure to mail
Brammo such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon CIS, its agents or representatives, or the
