that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property.
ACTION: Agree to participate in the local improvement districts for the future improvement of Winburn Way (sidewalks, park
row, curb, gutter and storm drainage), and agree not to remonstrate to the formation of such local improvement district; and
