You can download the RFP by clicking Here. If that doesn't work, here's how you can find it on our web page: • First, follow this link: http://www.ashland.or.uslRFP.asp • Next, find the advertisement for On-Call Contracting Services (it will probably be the first advertisement on the web page) • Scroll to the bottom of the advertisement and click "Request Bid Package". You'll need to fill out some info about your company in the form that pops up. • Click "download packet". A link to the packet will then pop up. The RFP is 31 pages, but don't let it scare you off! It looks overwhelming at first, but once you read through you'll see that it's just a series of simple forms that need to be filled out. If you look at page 2, item A Exhibits), you'll see a checklist of the forms that need to be submitted. You can fill them out by typing directly into the boxes. Some forms are basic questions about your business, and require really simple answers. One of the forms asks about your experience. No need to give complicated, narrative answers. The more straight-forward and to-the-point, the better. The majority of the forms, however, simply require you to type in your initials, indicating you've read and understood the terms. The complete RFP can be emailed to this address (the easiest option), but hand-delivery or mail work as well. i EXHIBIT C ' Trucking Proposal There is no bid amount for this RFP. We are grading based on the information you've included in the form (particularly, experience, customer service standards, and your labor/equipment/call out rates). Evaluation Criteria on page 4 of the RFP shows how we grade the proposals. Again, thanks for your interest! When contractors have indicated they would like to bid on multiple trades, I've asked them to fill out a single proposal form, and then just re-submit it for each of their trades. In your case, you would submit four nearly-identical proposals to RotationList~ashland.or.us. The only difference would be that you would select a different trade on each proposal.
