Description: For the City of Talent Fiber and Internet Service Project estimated to begin on May 1, 2018, and end on June 1, 2018. The City of
Ashland, by and through its Ashland Fiber Network Division, will recover two fiber strands of fiber from the AFN/Hunter Communications 48 count
Medford, and install fiber splice case and service drop at the Talent Police Department, and provide internet service for the City of Talent.
Certificate Holder: CANCELLATION: Should any of the coverage documents herein be cancelled before the expiration date
thereof, CIS will provide 30 days written notice to the certificate holder named herein, but failure to mail such
City of Talent notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon CIS, its agents or representatives, or the issuer
