The City and Contractor previously entered into a Contract for Personal Services effective January 24, 2018 (the "Agreement") for Contractor to provide Preliminary Engineering necessary for the Ashland Canal Piping Project#2015-17; and B. The City and Contractor previously amended the Agreement to extend its term; and C. The City and Contractor wish to again amend the Agreement to extend its term, to include additional services within Contractor's Scope of Work, and to increase the amount of compensation. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth herein,the parties agree as follows: 1. Amend the Completion Date as follows,with strikeout wording deleted and underscored wording added: COMPLETION DATE: March 31,2019 June 30,2020 2. Amend the Services to be provided by Consultant by including additional services as set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Work,dated April 11, 2019, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 3.
