On the morning of 4/16/19 a citizen living in Verde Village came to the Community Development Department concerned about a tree that recently has begun leaning significantly. Assistant Planner Anderson made a site visit and saw clear evidence of heaving, and exposed earth at the base of the multi trunk tree. Anderson believed that the tree presented a clear danger of falling onto the bike path. While the property has been conveyed to the City of Ashland the developer is still responsible for maintenance of this area pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement.
