AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF
THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF ASHLAND R-l-10 (RANDY WARREN,
APPLICANT)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland
Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from Jackson County
RR-5 (Rural Residential) to City of Ashland R-l-10 (Single-family
Residential) the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the ~L~day of

1258.20 feet from the Northwest corner of Donation Land Claim No. 54 in
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County,
Oregon; thence North 59o19'09" East (Record North 59o49' East) 175.00 feet;
thence South 71°00'51" East (Record South 70031' East) 186.30 feet to a point
on the North right-of-way line of Crows on Road; thence North 89°46'09" West
138.94 feet (Record South 89°44' West 80.00 feet) along said North line of
road; thence South 50o20'43" West (Record South 51° West) 46.78 feet to a
point on the North line of said Donation Land Claim No. 54; thence North
