On October 29, 2020, the Planning Division reviewed and approved your request for a Property
Line Adjustment between the properties located at 719 and 733 Oak St (both of which are under
common ownership).
The planning department finds that all requirements of the R-1-5 zone are met and concludes that
Planning Action A-2020-00132 is approved, with the following conditions of approval:
1) That all proposals of the applicant shall be conditions of approval unless otherwise
modified herein.
2) This approval is valid for 18 months, and a final survey shall be submitted within that
time period.
The next step in the process is to submit a preliminary plat for review. Once the review is
complete then the final plat mylar may be submitted. The Properly Line Adjustments become
final once a final plat mylar is signed by all affected parties, approved and signed by the
Community Development Director, and recorded at the Jackson County Assessor's office.
