The review finds: 1) The proposed property line adjustment does not create any non -conformities with regard to the Land Use Ordinance including lot coverage, setbacks, and lot size. 2) That all proposals of the applicant shall be conditions of approval unless otherwise modified herein. 3) This approval is valid for 18 months, and a final survey shall be submitted within that time period. Boundary line adjustments do not become final until a final plat is signed by all affected parties, approved and signed by the Community Development Director, and recorded at the Jackson County Assessor's office.
