LEABO LOT AS DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 14, PAGE 170, DEED RECORDS, (AND AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON, DATED DECEMBER 17, 1883); THENCE NORTHERLY, ALONG THE WESTERLY SIDE-LINE OF GRANITE STREET, 72.25 FEET; THENCE WEST, 150.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY, PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY SIDE LINE OF GRANITE STREET, 72.25 FEET; THENCE EAST, 150.0 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. Morey, Trustees of The Robert and Laurie Morey Family Trust dated November 17, 2021 • Property Owners Address: 189 Granite Street, Ashland, Oregon 97520 The City of Ashland hereby amends.the City of Ashland Agreement described as Jackson Co. Doc. 95-21293, recorded on August 2, 1995, as it applies to the property listed above, by removing said restrictive covenant; which specifically states that the property owners: "AGREE NOT TO HAVE ANY KITCHEN COOKING FACILITIES INSTALLED IN THE STRUCTURE IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. INSTALLATION OF A KITCHEN OR COOKING FACILITIES INSTALLED, OR USE OF THE STRUCTURE AS A SEPARATE DWELLING FOR RENTAL PURPOSES,SHALL BE IN VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF." The intent of removing this restrictive covenant is to negate its effect and possible cloud to title of the property described above, or to any property to which such property may be included or incorporated. The property received Site Review approval from the City of Ashland for an accessory building or structure on the property on about July 11, 1995. The accessory building or structure that was approved is no longer in existence on the property, and as such the restrictive covenant has no further force or effect.
