HomeMy WebLinkAbout2024-045 Agrmt Amnd #1 - LAZ Parking Northwest, LLCAMENDMENT NO. 1 to GOODS & SERVICES AGREEMENT between THE CITY OF ASHLAND, an Oregon municipal corporation, ("Citylt) and LAZ Parking Northwest, LLC ("Provider") for Downtown Parking Enforcement and Administration Services RECITALS A. The City and Provider previously entered into a Goods and Services Agreement effective May 1, 2024 B. The City and Provider now wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement to reflect the intent of the Request for Proposal. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth herein, the parties agree as follows: 1. Amend the Term of the Agreement in 6.1 to read as follows: "This agreement shall be effective from the date of execution on behalf of the City as set forth below (the "Effective Date") and shall continue in full force and effect until May 1, 2027, with the option of two, one-year extensions by mutual agreement of both parties, unless sooner terminated as provided in Subsection 6.2." 2. This Amendment No. 1 is effective upon being signed by both parties. 3. Except as specifically modified by this Amendment No. 1, the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
