Chair Markell called meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
The commission discussed the presentation of the Master Plan to the city council on November 19 and
determined which commissioner would speak to which section of the plan.

Seltzer gave a brief update on agenda items for the upcoming regular meeting on November 16.
