RE: Draft Transportation SDC
The attached table shows the list of capital improvements, the portion of teach project that is attributable
to growth, and the calculation of the SDC improvement fee, $2,131/PM Peak-Hour trip. Since the Committee last reviewed this table projects have been excluded and are shown as strikeouts and
one project as previously discussed has been added at the bottom of the list and is shown as highlighted. The City’s Transportation Commission has agreed to both the excluded projects and adding the E. Main
Street project. The net change in the cost basis of the SDC is a negative $639,000 which also reduces
the amount of the SDC as shown in the following Table:
