approval that all plantings be mitigated with appropriate species and that they be
appropriately irrigated. Voice Vote: all Ayes. Motion passed 4-0.
Commissioners John/Cates m/s to approve the application with two mitigation plantings.
Voice Vote: all Ayes. Motion passed 4-0.
