Oregon Inspection / Time & Material Rates through March 31, 2025
We are pleased to offer the following information per our services.
Labor Rates are as follows:
Inspection / service rate: $150.00 per hour (includes Van up to 100 miles from office)
Fitter no van: $128.00 per hour
Inspection Fee per facility: $55.00
Fire Pump Inspection fee: $95.00
Viking Truck fee over 100 Miles: $100.00 per day
Engineering/Design: $125.00 hr.
Subsistence: $125.00 per day (over 100 miles from residence)

Semi-Annual inspections
Annual inspections
5-year internal inspections
Flushing of overhead and underground service lines
Fire pump Testing
Sprinkler head testing
24 hr. emergency service and repair
Underground installs and repair
Viking offers parts at a discounted rate from list price due to negotiated pricing from our
suppliers.
