This is our primary residence. The zoning for this lot and surrounding area is R -1-5P, improved residential. We would like to adjust the lot line with our neighbor Dan & Claudia VanDyke at 732 Sylvia St. 391 E04DB 1500. There is no non -conformity being created. The attached map shows the adjustment with a dotted line. I have also circled the area for better viewing. The new line extends from the South corner of Lot 1500 to the North corner of Lot 1700.
