As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication,
or other actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of
associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and
assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of
the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the property. This consent is in consideration
of APPROVAL OF A SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION TO PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
1)
AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (L.I.D.)
FOR THE FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS ON CROWSON
ROAD; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE
OF SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
UPON COMPLETION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THE OWNER FURTHER
AGREES TO CONNECT INTO THE SYSTEM WITHIN 180 DAYS.

from which the Northwest corner of Donation Land Claim No. 54, Town-
ship 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County,-
Oregon, bears North, 21.31 feet, and Wnst, 1482.73 feet distant;
thence along the said side line of Crowson Road, South 49~ 55' Wes6,
358.96 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence along Crowson
Road, South 50° 31' West, 200.0 feet; thence South 39° 29' East, 265.0
feet, to the center line of Tolman Creek; thence along said creek,
