AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS
TO THE ALLEY AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE
FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF
SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS
