There is a strong interest in learning more about the previous affordable housing bus tour. Committee members asked that staff bring back the map of the bus tour and the materials generated for that event as well as a copy of the Medford Affordable Housing Toolkit. D.Community Resource Fair discussion Looking at holding the event in early September. Staff will reach out to Maslow staff, to see if we can coordinate with their back-to-school fair. Organizers need to make a list of vendors, reach out to Kathy Kali,andadd Housing Navigation to the vendor list. Can we make the event more fun/family friendly? Maybeadding food trucks and face painting. Bring back the results of the comment cards for review at the next meeting. Do we need to create a workgroup to work on planning? Can we use Pioneer Hall?
