CALL TO ORDER: Chair Anthony Kerwin called the meeting to order at 5:40 PM in the Siskiyou Room. II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Iverson/Maymar m/s to approve the minutes of October 9, 2007 as amended. ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA:None V. OLD BUSINESS A. Winburn Parcel Management Commission began reviewing working draft number two. Commission's last discussion was in June, 2007. Main showed the commission maps of the Winburn Parcel with its seven units delineated and showing the 69 permanent plots that track number and species of trees and vegetation, down woody debris, snags, soils and amount of fuels. He reported that non commercial thinning was previously done in Units 1 and 5 along with piling and burning to save older trees in the event of a large scale wildfire. The Commissioners reviewed the order of the Table of Contents and each volunteered to take a section of the draft to review. Revisions were due to Slocum no later than December 3rd in order to have them incorporated into a working draft number three to be included in the packet. VI. NEW BUSINESS:None VII.
