CALL TO ORDER- 11:20am II. INTRODUCTIONS, Annette Herron, Pete Norvell, Matt Warshawsky, Eric Olson, Staff Kimberley Summers, Chris Chambers, Guest, Terri Eubanks. Absent: Council Liaison Greg Lemhouse, Kelly Eaton, Kathy Kane,Ali True. Welcome Terri Eubanks III.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 16th 2013 meeting Pete Norvell approved, Eric Olson second IV. PUBLIC FORUM- None V.ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA- None VI. BUSINESS A. Firewise Commission Charter and Title: Chambers- Hand out was provided, revised commission ordinance it was discussed what changes need to be made. C. Fire Adapted Community link to.Jackson County Fire Plan and Pilot Project: Meeting Report from Chambers- Chris gave an update regarding a cohesive fire plan meeting that took place it would include two countiesJackson and Josephine County, it was a good opportunity to present the fire adaptive community approach. D. CWPP introduction discussion- Hand out was provided, chapter 8 was left out. It was discussed on reviewing the idea and read the goals by the next meeting. We will need to update this document over the next year we will learn a lot from updating. It can be found on line at http://www.ashiand.or.us/cwpp E. FAC Project Plan VII. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS- None VIII. REVIEW AND SET COMMISSION CALENDAR/ NEXT MEETING A. Next meetings: Wednesday, December 18th @ 11:OOAM IX.
