AMENDMENT NUMBER I

Agreement For Services
This is Amendment Number I ("Amendment I") to the Agreement for Services and Exhibit A-
Quote, Quote Number: 1545132000145305047 with a last dated signature of May 17, 2023
("'Agreement") and add-on agreement Exhibit A-Quote, Quote Number: 1545132000189664055
with a last dated signature of June 30, 2023 ("Add-On Agreement") by and between Locality
Media, Inc dba First Due ("Locality Media") and Ashland Fire & Rescue ("Customer").This
Amendment I shall be effective on the last dated signature below ("Effective Date").
WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to revise the included modules in the Add-On Agreement for
Services, Exhibit A-Quote, Quote Number: 1545132000189664055 to discontinue use of Invoicing
module effective,May 31, 2024; and,
WHEREAS, the parties wish to revise the renewal subscription amount billed to,the Customer for the
Existing Modules effective May 31, 2024; and
NOW,THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Whereas Clauses.The whereas clauses set forth above are incorporated herein by this
reference.
2. Products Change. Effective May 31, 2024, the Products Detail chart in the Add-On
Agreement's Exhibit A-Quote, Quote Number: 1545132000189664055 shall be deleted
and replaced with:
Product Details
Inspections
Field Inspections, Configurable Checklists, Violation Management, Virtual
Inspections, Inspections Scheduler, and Integrated Pare-incident Planning.
3. Existing Modules Renewal Fee Revision, Effective May 31, 2024, the renewal subscription
fee for the Existing Modules (Occupancy Management &Pre-Incident Planning,
Responder, Hydrant Management-Advanced, CAD Integration, Community Connect,
Inspections, Scheduling, Personnel Management, and Permitting) is revised from
$23,595.00 to$22,072.5,0.
4. Included First Due modules. For clarity, after this Amendment I is fuilly executed the
Customer will have the following modules contracted on their account:
• Occupancy Management & Pre-Incident Planning
• Responder
• Hydrant Management-Advanced
• CAD Integration
• Community Connect
• Inspections

• Personnel Management

5. Amended Records: After this Amendment 11 is fully executed, Locality Media will revise its
records and Customer's invoicing accordingly.
Alll other terms and conditions in the Agreement remain unchanged,
