We'll use these funds to produce the event within the space (rent the space, rent the audio/video/stage equipment), market the event, and pay the talent.Additional funds will be used to help elevate the space for the occasion. Dungeons & Dragons is a very themed game, currently we removed decorations from the budget as it was deemed non-essential, but we'd like to be able to decorate the space in accordance with the theme. We'd team up with other Southern Oregon organizations to help decorate the space and build out the theme (SO Pride, OSF, SOU).
