AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4. 32 . 070
RELATIVE TO POLICE SUPERVISION SERVICE FEES .
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF' ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Ordinance No . 1885 and Section 4. 32 . 070 of the Ashland
Municipal Code shall be amended to read as follows :
"4. 32 . 070 Police Supervision Service Fees , The hourly fee
for extraordinary police supervision service shall be as follows :
a. For regular police officers , one and one-half times
the established salary rate plus twenty percent for
fringe benefits .
b. For reserve police officers the established entry
level salary rate for police officer plus fifteen
percent for fringe benefits . "'
SECTION 2 . If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitu-
tional by a court of competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be
deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision, and such
holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of
this ordinance .
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the day of
1981, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this n/stday of 1981 .
