II.CONSENT AGENDA
A.Approval of August28, 2025, Minutes
Werthaiser/Hauser M/S. Voice Vote: ALL AYES. The minutes from August28,2025, meeting
have been approved as presented.
III.PUBLIC FORUM (4:05-4:15 p.m.)
A.Public Forum.
OSF Workers addressed the committee about the lack of affordable workforce housing in
Ashland and the impact it is havingon the seasonal workforce.
IV.NEW BUSINESS
A.Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report Review and Approval
The Committee Reviewed the 2024 CAPER and Dykstra/Werthaisermotion approval of the
CAPER.
B.Addition to the HHSC Workplan-Added to the agenda
Chair Fields requested that the Committee undertake an update of the HSMP Action steps,
focusing on regional rather than local actions. Fields/Werthaiser M/S putting a status
update of the items listed on the Action summary of the HSMP on the HHSAC workplan.

Chair Fieldsvolunteered to spearhead this effort, with Noah, Bob and Linda serving on a
workgroup. The update should focus on what has been done and what work is underway.
C.Equitable Housing Plan Tool Overview
Reid provided a brief overview of the EHP process. It was agreed that the
