Voting Sheets
I have compiled the voting sheets into an excel spreadsheet. The summary of votes changed slightly
for two reasons. The first difference is the spreadsheets are based on each criteria voting and in
some cases the total were not tallied correctly. At the meeting we used the raw vote score to
calculate the total points each option received.
The Lithia Way option was calculated incorrectly at the meeting and the score on the excel sheets
reflects the accurate vote total.
I have also tried to standardize the scoring sheet. It is human nature that some individuals will have
higher voting than others. The standardization takes into account the average score for all options
and criteria, and then based on the standard deviation provides a standardized score based on the
amount above and below the average. The results did not change but the range within which the
projects are separated becomes less.
The spreadsheets also provide a breakdown of the ranking each voter provided for the options.Total
