The website will be created using a time-tested, results-driven strategy designed specifically for the Client's needs. Account Management Nex-Tech will oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines and milestones for the term of this agreement. Responsibilities include updating project statuses, collecting necessary contributions and feedback from stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication between the Client and internal teams. Platform Setup Nex-Tech will set up a WordPress website platform for the new website, which will be hosted by SiteGround and managed by Nex-Tech. The Client will be responsible for the $360.00 annual hosting fee payable to Nex-Tech. This fee will be included in the final payment for the website when the site is launched. In subsequent years, the annual hosting fee and/or annual domain renewal fee(s) will be billed to the Client by Nex-Tech. Home Page, Landing Page, Site Map Draft A mock-up of the new homepage will be designed to include a modern template and menu structure, as well as having a mobile-friendly layout and menu. Nex-Tech will also design one secondary page (landing page) for initial review by the Client. Nex-Tech will also build a Sitemap (structure of site pages). Once the Client has approved the homepage draft, singular landing page draft, and sitemap, Nex-Tech will continue building the entire site. Footer Pages, Docs, Policies Website Completion Standard SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices will be used to create the website, including page titles,descriptions, and alt tags. Once the complete website draft has been approved by the Client, Nex- Tech will configure the domain and publish the website. Google Analytics will also be installed on the completed website. Up to two (2) hours of training via Teams video conference are included. Any additional training is available for $150/hour, including travel, if requested. K7Nex-Tech- F CREATIVE �OdM40C�a� CRFATNF 36-Month Audit After the website has been active for 36 months, Nex-Tech will conduct a complimentary website SEO audit. This audit serves to assess the website's performance, identify any opportunities for improvement,and re-align with the Client to determine if there have been any changes in company goals since the website's launch. It is important to note that this audit is purely evaluative, and any additional optimizations and enhancements will necessitate a separate agreement between Nex-Tech and the Client. Our aim is to ensure ongoing optimization and alignment with evolving Client objectives, providing valuable insights to enhance the effectiveness of the website over time. Photography&Videography This Agreement does not include the production of any videos or the taking of photographs for the website. Should Client choose to include videos on the new website, Nex-Tech will embed the videos. The Client may supply their own videos or have Nex-Tech produce them. Upon request, Nex-Tech will provide a separate agreement to produce the videos and/or the taking of additional photographs. Onboarding & Kickoff Meeting Nex-Tech provides Onboarding to all new clients to ensure a successful relationship between the Client and Nex-Tech. Onboarding is provided at no charge with a signed agreement. Onboarding includes an Introductory Meeting and training in the project management system (Basecamp). For an optimal Onboarding experience and interaction, video conferencing is preferred. The use of Basecamp is required for all project discussions and approvals. Existing clients will be provided with a kickoff meeting for any new projects or service agreements. Revisions The Client will need to proof,suggest corrections,and approve the advertising within the timeline given. Delays with these actions may dictate changes or deletions to scheduled publication. Revisions on design and/or copywriting are limited to three(3) rounds of changes.Anything beyond that will be billed in addition at $150.00/hr. Delayed, Suspended, or Abandoned Projects Any project is deemed delayed if there is a delay exceeding 15 business days in the Client's response to requests for assets, information,feedback, or approvals. In the event of unresponsiveness to project requirements for 45 days, Nex-Tech reserves the right to impose a fee of up to 15% of the project agreement to resume work, with adjusted deliverable timelines. Projects are considered suspended if responses are delayed for more than 45 days without reasonable cause, prompting Nex-Tech to issue an invoice for the remaining balance, due upon receipt. During suspension, no further work will be undertaken, and reactivation requires the Client to provide all necessary items and settle the project balance. CREATIVE NLUMH,� CREATIVE Expenses In addition to the outlined fees, Client shall also reimburse Nex-Tech for all third-party expenses in connection with this Agreement, plus a standard handling charge of 15% and any sales taxes due on this Agreement,whetherthe same are billed currently or in arrears. Expenses include,but are not limited to database costs, materials costs, printing costs, signage orders, audio talent, social media campaigns, social media advertising, website domain licensing, website hosting fees, media buys, website plug-ins, software, and other outside expenses. Fees Website projects will be billed in two (2) installments. The first installment (50%) will be billed within thirty (30) days of signing this Agreement. The second installment (remainder) will include the third- party hosting fee for one (1) year plus any domain fees and will be billed upon moving the website to a live mode. This fee covers personnel time, computer/software licensing, and project management. Term: One (1) website. At no time will Nex-Tech be liable for any lost work, productivity, or data. Total Agreement Price: $13,550 First Installment: $6,600 / Second Installment: $6,950 The parties hereby expressly agree that this Agreement will be governed by the terms and conditions stated in the Terms and Conditions found at www.nex-tech.com/msa.
