2026 Season Sponsorship Agreement
Between the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the City of Ashland
The Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) is honored to enter into this 2026 Green Show
Sponsorship Agreement with the City of Ashland.This partnership reflects decades of
collaboration,leadership,and shared commitment to strengthening Ashland and Oregon
through cultural,educational,artistic,and economic investment.
Sponsorship Term&Purpose
The City of Ashland agrees to serve as the 2026 lead Green Show Sponsor of the Oregon
Shakespeare Festival with a total financial commitment of$125,000.This sponsorship
supports OSF's artistic programming,community engagement efforts,education outreach,
and organizational capacity throughout the 2026 season.
Sponsorship Benefits
+ Prominent logo placement on Green Show banners and signage
• Verbal recognition at each Green Shows 70+
• City official opening welcome remarks during Green Show opening night(optional)
• Digital and print visibility
* OSF lobby screen recognition (Bowmer Theatre,Thomas Theatre,Members
Lounge)
* Name and logo recognition (-100,000 playbills&90,000 season brochures)

Feature in OSF Green Show emails and social media announcing artist line
UPS
• Private theatre and production tours for up to 16 city employees or guests
• Exclusive set-change viewings for up to 16 city employees and guests
+ Access for up to 10 city employees and/or guests to"Night at the Theatre"
+ Access for up to 4 city employees and/or guests per event to Panel Discussions,and
Coffee Chats
• Access for up to 4 city employees and/or guests to Immersive weekend cocktail
receptions
• Access for 2 city employees to attend the Artistic Directors Circle dinner
• 16 complimentary tickets (any zone,any show) for the 2026 season
• 16 complimentary tickets to Prefaces for the 2026 season
• 1000 employee promo codes for a 20% discount off OSF tickets
• 15% discount on OSF advertising
• 1 social media story acknowledgement
• 1 OSF newsletter email acknowledgment
Payment Terms
Ashland will fulfill the$125,000 commitment using the payment method agreed upon.

Organizational Obligations
OSF will deliver all contracted benefits,adhere to City of Ashland's brand standards,and
provide a comprehensive end-of-season impact report summarizing audience reach,
impressions,activations,and overall community impact.
The City of Ashland will provide OSF with brand materials,and timely approval for
recognition placements.
Agreement Term&Signatures
This agreement is effective for the duration of the 2026 season (March 13 -October 25,
2026).
