INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT No. 1
THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 is made and entered into by and between the ROGUE VALLEY
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, a.voluntary intergovernmental association, hereinafter
referred to as RVCOG and the CITIES OF TALENT, ASHLAND,AND PHOENIX,
hereinafter referred to as CITIES, all of which are hereinafter referred to collectively as the
PARTIES.
THIS AMENDMENT shall modify the INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (IGA),
effective on July 1, 2016, to assist with professional accounting Services.
The following terms and conditions shall be amended as follows:
FEESCHEDULE
2025-2026 Fee Schedule (Hourly Loaded Rates*)
effective January 01,2026
Finance Director(SVit) $117.21/hr
Accounting Specialist(CAyr) $75.69/hr
* Subject to annual adjustments on or about July 1 of each year this agreement is in force. Rates
may also be adjusted on the first day of any month following an employee's change in status that
affects total compensation. Hourly rates include travel time. CITIES will also reimburse RVCOG
for mileage at the current IRS rate and any supplies and material costs incurred in performing the
Services.
ALL OTHER terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged.
THIS AMENDMENT is effective when signed by all parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, RVCOG and CONTRACTOR have caused this amendment to be
executed by their authorized representatives as of the date of the last signature affixed below:
