THE CITY OF ASHLAND,

Baker Tilly US, LLP
("Consultant")
for
Municipal Audit Services
RECITALS
A. The City and Provider previously entered into a Personal Services Agreement effective April 4,
2024 (the "Agreement"), for Municipal Audit Services.
B. The City and Consultant now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the amount of
compensation to be paid to Consultant.
AGREEMENT
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth
herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Amend the Term of the Agreement to extend the expiration date of the PO to April 5, 2027.
2. This Amendment No. 1 is effective upon being signed by both parties.
3. Except as specifically modified by this Amendment No. 1, the terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain in full force and effect.
