A RESOLUTION FOR EXCHANGE OF PROEPRTY AT 51 WINBURN WAY
RECITALS:
A. WHEREAS,the City Council reviewed the following property in accordance with
Resolution 2026-22, "A Resolution for an Alternative Procedure for Sale of City Owned
Property" and finds that the listed property satisfies the conditions listed in the
mentioned resolution.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager act in accordance with Resolution 2026-22 and engage the
adjacent landowner to 51 Winburn Way,the Kenney Living Trust at Map and Taxlot 391E09BC
2501 for the exchange of real property, as more specifically described in Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon adoption.
This resolution was duly PASSED and ADOPTED this _day of
and takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
