actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property

THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING PERMIT TO INSTALL A GUEST HOUSE CONNECTED TO THE
GARAGE AND THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY RESIDENTIAL UNIT. THE
OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE GUEST HOUSE FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE,
SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT WITHOUT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL. A SEPARATE,
SECOND RESIDENTIAL U NIT WITHOUT A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
