LEASE AGREENIENT OF THE CITY'S EFU LAND (FORMERLY KNOWN AS
THE IMPERATRICE PROPERTY)
Dear Ron,
It was good to talk to you last week. I appreciate your continued interest in the City's property
and am glad we can work together. As discussed last Friday, the City is prepared to re-activate
your lease at a prorated monthly rate of $1,000 for the same relative number of cattle you had
been grazing.
You have been authorized to remain on the site through April 15, 2000. We may be in a position
to continue your lease beyond that time if the construction continues to be delayed. I will contact
you at the beginning of April if there are any changes on the City's part with respect to the start
or' construction on that site. I ask that you continue not to flood irrigate as w'e are trying to keep
the south eastern portion dosest to the s~vale leading to the I-5 over pass at Eagle Mill Road d~'.
Please inform me of the date you re-enter the site. I would appreciate payment every two
months.
