Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property. This consent is in consideration of APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE IMPROVEMENTOF
NORMAL AVENUE FOR SIDEWALKS; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION OF SUCH
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH DESIGNATED
IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
