Regarding the nomination of the "Skidmore Academy District" to
National Register of Historic Places", the Willstatter Family Trust
wishes to have our property at 128 Central excluded.
Please refer to our correspondence dated January 26, 1989 and
received by the city recorder on the same date, expressing our desire
to be excluded from the "Ashland Heritage Landmark" list.
Correspondence in the form of a certified letter dated January 2, 1991
was sent to Planning Director Fregonese reiterating our previous
request for exclusion.
We further call your attention to Senate Bill 588 passed on MII[ i~5,
1995 and by the House on June 9, 1995 which allows properW
owners to refuse consent to any form of historic property designatlo$
during any point of the designation process.
