KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,

ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND BY DEED RECORDED 1/19/82 AS NO. 82-00957 STATE OF
OREGON, JACKSON COUNTY OREGON; WHICH LIES NORTHERLY OF THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE
SOUTHERLY BOUArDANy OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO, BEING THE
PROPERTY BENEFITED BY THIS EASEMENT.
TO HAVE ~ TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee and Grantee's heirs, successors
and assigns forever.
THE TRUE AND ACTUAL CONSIDERATION paid for this transfer, stated in terms of dollars

feet South of the northeast corner of said Claim; running thence East 20,0 feet to the
