MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION
ADJOURNMENT
The special Meeting of the Ashland City Council was
called to order by Mayor Fries at 11:00 a.m. in the
Council Chambers on the above date. Mayor Fries and
Councilmen Allen, Roble and Conklin were present;
Councilwoman Soderberg and Councilmen Prickett and
McCannon were absent.
Councilmen were furnished with an Abstract of Votes
of the Special Election of April 9, 1974, which
showed 506 votes cast in favor of authorizing the
issuance of Hospital Improvement Bonds, and 261 votes
in opposition.
"A Resolution declaring the Canvass of the Vote at
the Special Election held in and for the City of
Ashland, Oregon, April 9, 1974" was moved for adop-
tion by Roble and seconded by Conklin. Passed unani-
mously on a roll call vote.
Mayor Fries read a Proclamation relative to the
passage of the measure for the Charter Amendment
authorizing the issuance of Hospital Improvement
Bonds.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:07 a.m.
