when the road itself caused the dust problem and when it did the City

problem now refers to area other than the road. Councilman Peters stated
that the mill has no log pond and the dust is therefore created when the
logs are removed from the log racks and taken to the mill. He believed
that as the City does not own the property, there would be nothing we could
do. Alsing stated that Jerry McGrew has a water tank at the mill and is
going to try to keep this dust down. Councilman Cottle stated that he has

it is just impossible. He stated that this problem may have to be solved
by cooperative matter between the PTA and the schools. City Attorney Skerry
