A wide range of thoughts and feelings were expressed. Commissionera Jones and Coppedge expressed concern and reluctance in spending that amount of money for facilitation services. Commissioners LarKit and Eggers indicated that ahough they would have preferred not to have to spend that amount, considering the importance of the topic to many In the community, that they were willing to do so - it might be more ccet effeofive In the long run. i Commissioner MacGrew said that she had heard {:oncems about the Department spending this amotint of money for fadlitation services, and, had been given the name of a person with the reputation of being very qualified and who would not charge for the service, this process.
