City, its agents, independent contractors and invitees shall use the easement to construct, reconstruct, install, use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, and remove electric utility lines, including but not limited to all necessary related facilities over and under real property described above. 2. Use of Surface. Grantors shall have the right to use the easement area for all purposes not inconsistent with the uses and purposes of the property, provided that Grantors shall not build or erect any structure upon the easement area without the prior written consent of Grantee. 3. The consideration for this easement is $1.00. 4. This easement is granted subject to all prior easements or encumbrances of record. The Northerly terminus of this easement shall be the Southerly right of way line of East Main Street and the Southerly terminus of this easement shall be the Southerly boundary line of the first tract of land as set forth in Document Nos. 89-07350 and 94-04279 of the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon. Together with and subject to covenants, easements, rights of way of record, and restrictions of record, and those apparent on the land.
