said Grantee and Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns, that certain real property
with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertain-
ing, situated in the County of Jackson , State of Oregon, described as follows

Section 10, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson
County, Oregon and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of Donation Land Claim No. 43
with the North line of East Main Street in the City of Ashland; thence South 78o 54' West
along the North line of East Main Street a distance of 71.38 feet, thence North parallel
to the East line of Donation Land Claim No. 43, 179~88 feet, thence East 70.00 feet to
the East line of said Donation Land Claim No. 43; thence South along said line 165.90
