HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-24 Adopting Pay PlanRESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PAY PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90. WHEREAS, the wage adjustments for four of the City's labor unions will range between 5.0 and 6.2%; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to maintain its management pay plan at a level commensurate with its organized employees and with other jurisdictions when recruiting for management level positions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council as follows: SECTION 1. The previous salary schedule in Resolution No. 88-28 shall be amended by 5.0% effective July 1, 1989 as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B". SECTION 2. Certain positions may be adjusted on January 1, pursuant to the performance evaluation plan as set forth in Resolution No. 82-08. 1990 The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Ashland on the 6th day of June, 1989.
