The undersigned trustee or successor trustee, under trust deed dated June 22, 1994,
executed and delivered by Wendy Svaren as Grantor, and recorded on August 21, 1997, in
the Records of Jackson County, Oregon, conveying real property situated in Jackson County
described in the trust deed by reference to Instrument Number 97-31264, having received
from the beneficiary under the trust deed, a written request to reconvey reciting that the
obligation secured by the trust deed has been fully paid and satisfied hereby grants, bargains,
sells and conveys but without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held by the undersigned in the described
premised by virtue of the trust deed.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE
TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR
COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES AND TO DETERMINE
ANY LIMITS ON LAWSUITS AGAINST FARMING OR FOREST PRACTICES AS DEFINED
IN ORS 30.930.
