As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other
actions as required by the City of Ash/and, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding, upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express inten~ti~n_~at..~is
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION:
1)
THE EXISTING GARAGE HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE. THIS DOES NOT
CONSTITUTE APPROVAL OF A SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A
KITCHEN IN THE CONVERTED GARAGE FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL
UNIT. A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT RECEIVING APPROVAL
FROM THE ASHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION.
2) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS FOR ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS ON
EACH ADJACENT ALLEY (REAR AND SIDE), AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO THE FORMATION
OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE OF SUCH
DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
