ASHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING
MINUTES
DECEMBER 14, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairperson Barbara Jarvis. Other
Commissioners present were Hibbert, Carr, Bingham, Medinger, Armitage, Powell,
Thompson, and Cloer. Staff present were McLaughlin, Knox, and Yates.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND FINDINGS
The Minutes and Findings of the November 9, 1993 Regular Meeting were approved.
PUBLIC FORUM
Ron Thurner wanted to show slides. They will be presented at the end of the meeting.
PERIODIC REVIEW
McLaughlin reviewed the Periodic Review Work Program.

Planning Commission January Saturday Meeting
The Planning Commissioners were in favor of a Saturday meeting January 29th to tour
some of last year's "built" planning actions. They were also interested in a guest
speaker, such as George Kramer speaking on historic preservation.

Thompson showed slides of examples of living spaces in roof areas.
