ADJOURNMENT Copies to Hospital Board Members Ci.ty Council Meeting July 2, 2002 Utilization is increasing in all service areas. As Dan indicated our Medical Staff has grown 60 Active Members 100 + Associate Members 60 (Active) Physicians Practice in Ashland 150 + Office Support Staff Utilization Growth For Year End: 1,700 Adult Admissions 39,000 Outpatients 9,000 Emergency Room Visits 4,800 OR/Special Studies Due To Growth Employees at ACH Now Number about 380. For the upcoming Year we are looking at: Generate Revenue: $ 60,000,000 Comes Off Revenue: 28,000,000 47% Net Revenue: $ 32,000,000 Gross Payroll: $17,000,000 Goods & Services: 13,000,000 Capital Purchase: 1,000,000 Brick & Mortar: 3,800,000 As in the past, I am pleased to report that we can accomplish the planned additions to our facility without debt even during this time of marked uncertainty with Medicare Reimbursement.
