ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF PEACHY ROAD BETWEEN WALKER
AND PINECREST TERRACE FROM PEACHY ROAD TO PINECREST TERRACE
WHEREAS, the Planning CommissiOn has recommended to
the Common Council of the City of Ashland, that the name of
Peachey Road, between Walker and Pinecrest Terrace, be changed
to Pinecrest Terrace; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ashland has
held a Public Hearing on this question and deem it to be in the
best interest of the people of .the Cilty of Ashland, that the
name be changed as recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS'
SECTION 1. The name, of Peachy Road between Walker
and Pinecrest Terrace is changed from Peachy Road to Pinecrest
Terrace°
The foregoing Ordinance was read at a regular meeting
of the Common Council held on May 4, 1971 and passed to its
second reading and duly passed on the 18 day of May, 1971,
the vote being as follows'
