ADDENDUM "M" TO SALES AGREEMENT #345457
Date of: Sale Agreement: 10/6/95 Counter: 10/31/95
Buyer: City of Ashland
Seller: Marion Imperatrice, Karen White and Kimberly White
Property address: The Jmperatrice Ranch property off Butler Creek Road,
Ashland, Oregon
Buyer is in receipt of Seller's Addendum "K" and hereby responds as
follows:
(1) Buyer accepts Seller's purchase price of $946,000, payable in cash to
Seller at closing.
(2) Close of escrow shall be changed from March 15, 1996 to April 15,
1996.
(3) The date for Buyer to remove all contingencies shall be changed from
4:00 p.m. February 1, 1996 to 4:00 p.m. March 1, 1996, at which time
the earnest money shall become non-refundable.
(4) At any time after Buyer has removed all contingencies the parties, by
written mutual consent, may move up the closing date prior to April
15, 1996, in which case tlle closing date shall be ten (10) days after the
date of the consent document.
(5) All other tenns and conditions not specifically changed in this
Addendum shall remain in full force and effect.
(6) Seller's response time to respond to this Addendum shall expire at
5:00 p.m. on January 12, 1996.

Enclosed is copy of Addendum "M" now signed by Mrs. Imperatrice,
so this is the last addendum for.:;awhile!!! Congratulations!
Mrs. Imperatrice has power of attorney for both Karen and Kimberly
White, and rive been provided with copies of those as well.
A1:anz'Kaufman is 9oi~9' to immediately open escrow. Please let me know
how many copies of the prelim the City needs, and to Whom, so I can
advise the title company.
Also, we'll need to coordinate the qate key for the bench testing,
and I understand Paula Brown will be in touch with me with regard
to that. If there is anything else you.c n think of that you'd
like me to do in the immediate future~ pIe se let me know.
