REAR OF THE PROPERTY TO A GUEST HOUSE. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE
GARAGE/ADDITIONL LIVING SPACE STRUCURE FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND
RESIDENTIAL UNIT. USE OF THE ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE AS A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL
UNIT REQUIRES CONFORMANCE WITH SITE REVIEW APPROVAL, AND IS A VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND
